Protean hosts the annual in-wheel motor and corner drive unit workshop in Changzhou, China

Protean CEO, Andrew Whitehead and VP of Business Development, Tom Zhang, were invited to Changzhou, China in December to host the 2nd annual in-wheel motor and corner drive unit workshop – the only national conference dedicated to IWMs and corner-drive-module technology. 

The event was a success, drawing in over 100 representatives from 20 Chinese and European OEMs, 10 tier1s, 5 research institutes and industrial partners. Post keynote speech from Tom around the topic of Protean technology projects and advancements, the attendees engaged in a roundtable discussion, sharing opinions and questions.
