Chief Engineer, Richard Ford, presents at the 2025 Advanced E-Motor conference

Chief Engineer, Richard Ford, represented Protean at the Advanced E-Motor Technology’s 12th annual conference in Munich at the end of February 2025. 

In a 20-minute presentation, Richard shared knowledge and insight on Protean’s in-wheel motor technology including how we’ve adapted product specifications for different vehicle applications and requirements.  

The Advanced E-Motor Technology conference brings together a host of professionals from the automotive and engineering industry, giving Protean a great opportunity to answer questions and gather feedback. Another event highlighting the interest and investment in IWM technology as it moves into an era of modular electrified platforms.
